By authorizing this service, the vehicle owner or authorized agent (hereafter referred to as "Customer") agrees to the following terms and conditions: - Pre-Existing Conditions: This facility is not responsible for any pre-existing mechanical, electrical, or structural defects. This includes, but is not limited to, worn oil pan threads, stripped drain plugs, cracked oil pans, or failing engine components present prior to service. - Oil Capacity and Type: Services are performed based on standard manufacturer specifications. Vehicles requiring more than [Insert Quarts, e.g., 6] quarts of oil, or requiring specialized synthetic/European oils, will be subject to additional charges. - Aftermarket Modifications: This facility is not liable for damage to or caused by aftermarket engine components, non-factory oil filters, or custom performance modifications. - Leak Notification: The Customer is advised to monitor their vehicle for oil leaks immediately following service. Any suspected leaks or operational anomalies must be reported to this facility within [Insert Hours/Days, e.g., 24 hours / 50 miles] of the service completion to be eligible for inspection or remedy. - Limitation of Liability: In no event shall this facility be held liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of time, towing fees, or vehicle rental expenses.
